C-Rail (C-Track)
Roll-formed from DC51D grade Z80 galvanized steel (EN 10346) for indoor or sheltered outdoor use, the 30×32×1.6 mm galvanized C-Rail supports a maximum recommended load of 89 kg at a hanger spacing of 1.5 m.
The C-Rail (C-Track) is a precision cold-formed steel track with an open channel that guide festoon trolleys supporting power, control or data cables for moving machinery. As the fixed rail of the festoon system, it keeps trolleys running in a straight line, reduces resistance, and ensures smooth, non-stop movement along the entire track.
Our C-Rail is roll-formed from DC51D grade Z80 galvanized steel (EN 10346) for corrosion resistance in indoor or sheltered outdoor use. Standard sections come in 4 m or 6 m lengths. Custom lengths and curved sections are also available upon request.

The C-Rail ends are precision-deburred with no sharp edges, ensuring safe handling and easy installation. Sections join easily with track couplers to create a flush, gap-free connection, allowing trolleys to roll smoothly across rail joints without impact or hesitation.
